Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order is eligible, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
When can you return?
Your item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition with the original tags and packaging.

- Original tags attached
- Original packaging included
- No stains, perfume or fragrance marks
- No makeup or cosmetic marks
How to request a return
Log in to your customer account and open the relevant order.
Choose the item you want to return and select the return reason.
Submit your return request for review.
Refund
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed. The time for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
